COXREELS INTRODUCES NEW V-117-850 COMPACT VACUUM REEL
Coxreels®, the leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial-grade hose, cord and cable reels, is expanding its vacuum reel selection with the newly introduced, commercial duty, V-117-850 vacuum reel. Designed to extract unwanted particles and by-products from the work place, this direct hand crank reel handles up to 50 feet of 1-1/2" standard vacuum hose with bullet cuffs, making this reel the ideal solution for any general maintenance and vacuum operations, including commercial vacuum systems; construction sites; plant floors, machine shops; wood shops, and more.
The V-117-850 features a solid one-piece steel U-shaped frame and open drum design and a direct connect port, no thread, for fast and convenient vacuum hose installation. This model is lightweight, compact and has CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges for greater safety, strength, and durability. This state of the art, chip resistant and rust inhibiting CPC™ powder coated reel mounts to any horizontal or vertical flat surface and maintains the durability and superiority found in every Coxreels® product.

COXREELS' 1/2" 1125 SERIES REELS NOW STANDARD EQUIPPED WITH ZINC PLATED PLUMBING

In response to industry demand, Coxreels®, leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial-grade hose, cord and cable reels, is pleased to announce that all ½" 1125 series hose reels now come standard equipped with zinc-plated plumbing. The protective properties of zinc are intended for a wide array of applications requiring superior oxidation prevention.
The zinc plated ½" models are designed with all the distinctive features and benefits of the 1125 series, including an easily accessible, machined from solid brass, swivel with Nitrile seals; a sturdy one-piece, all welded "A" frame base for maximum stability; low profile outlet riser; and, open drum slot to provide a non-crimping, flat, smooth wrap. Coxreels' new plumbing alternative serves many popular applications in the reeling industry.

BRAWNY REEL UPGRADE
Adding Structural Strength to Get the Job Done. Coxreels® introduces the brawny upgrade available for any hand crank and motorized 1125 Series hose reel. This new feature is an added option that strengthens the discs and the drum, preventing potential damage under increased pressure usage.
The Brawny option includes all the distinctive features and benefits found on the standard 1125 series with the addition of structural reinforcement. The Brawny reels are designed with 10-gauge steel plates welded into each disc to keep them from bowing. The center drum is thickened and upgraded from standard 16-gauge to 14-gauge steel to prevent deformation and eventual crushing of the drum that can be caused by hose pressure.
To order the brawny upgrade, simply add prefix "BX" on standard 3,000 PSI 1125 models or "BH" on high pressure 5,000 PSI 1125 models. This brawny option is ideal for high pressure spraying operations found in the fire and rescue fields, pressure washing markets, and anywhere high pressure hose is used. By adding the needed strength to the drum and discs, these professional grade reels are better prepared to tackle the toughest jobs in the industry.

Coxreels Introduces New DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) Hose Reels
Coxreels® introduces a complete line of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) hose reels built on the industry proven, all-steel construction SH and T Series of reels. These reels are equipped with a stainless steel external full-flow swivel and chemical resistant Viton® seals to provide a safe, reliable DEF dispensing solution. The swivel is easy to access for simple seal maintenance and fast DEF dispenser hose installation. Coxreels® provides professional reeling systems in heavy-duty single pedestal (SH Series) or supreme-duty dual pedestal (T Series) configurations that handle DEF hoses up to 75 feet of ¾ inch and up to 50 feet of 1 inch hose I.D. Both versatile designs are outfitted with Super Hub™ dual axle support systems to increase stability and reduce vibration during operation, making these reels the perfect DEF handling solutions for either stationary or rugged mobile applications. The new models are available in standard spring retraction and EZ-Coil® controlled retraction systems that promote greater operator and workplace safety by retracting up to 80% slower than conventional reels. This DEF reel line has all the durable high quality components and superior finishes found in every Coxreels® product.

Coxreels, the leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial grade hose, cord, and cable reels has moved to a larger, more modernized facility in Tempe, Arizona. All departments have been re-located and are fully functional and Coxreels is now taking advantage of the increased manufacturing space.

Get Control of Your Hose with Coxreels New Bend Restrictors
COXREELS announces the addition of bend restrictors to accompany its already vast selection of reel accessories. This hose option is available on low pressure hose reels with 1/4", 3/4", and 1/2" of PVC, rubber & nitrile hose handling 300 PSI of working pressure. Bend restrictors are suggested for hose assemblies that might receive substantial usage and are recommended for air, water, oil, fuel, and other fluid transfer applications. Coxreels' high-quality bend restrictors are made of durable and flexible PVC that provide a convenient grip for increased hose control and mobility. They are designed to limit the degree of bending without compromising the integrity of the hose assembly while also preventing the hose-end from kinking, excessive wearing, and tearing. You can be assured that this new high quality hose option maintains the durability and superiority found in every Coxreels product. To add this option to your reel simply add the suffix "BXB"
